The PA Group boasts a highly successful family of service organisations, all of which operate hand-in-hand to facilitate service offerings including mortgage origination, alternative finance, media and real estate software. Apart from aspiring to be the leading service provider to the real estate industry, the group enjoys a number of partnerships with professionals within the industry. As a result of these long-standing and mutually beneficial partnerships, the Property Association was born. This organisation serves to recognise and reward property professionals throughout South Africa. The PA Group also makes a substantial contribution in terms of community involvement by supporting a number of charities and causes on an annual basis.

Where did it all start?

In 1983 a group of estate agents took the initiative in forming the Property Association in order to purchase bulk advertising space in the Saturday Star Newspaper for the benefit of its membership.
The Association grew steadily to provide the foundation for the nationwide PA Group, while providing free support services to a membership exceeding ten thousand estate agents.
The PA Group Limited was formed in 1992 to look after the business interests of The Property Association. Shares were sold to all interested members of the Property Association at the time. This effort was repeated in 1993 when the Property Association sold its remaining shares in the PA Group to its own members. At present more than 300 individuals and companies own all the shares in the PA Group Limited.

The mission of the PA Group is to be the leading, if not only, service provider to the real estate industry. This statement already bears testimony through the brilliantly successful service companies which fall under the PA Group.
